For 20 years, Guta Enterprise Ltd has been part of Birmingham's construction landscape, delivering civil engineering and construction services built on experience, precision and a genuine commitment to the communities we work in.
What started as a construction business has grown into something broader. We have spent two decades refining our craft on real projects across the region, and that experience is the foundation everything else is built on.

Our Mission

Our position at the heart of Birmingham's construction community led us to establish GUTA ARC CIC in 2022. Every Saturday and Sunday, people from across the region gather to learn valuable construction skills, completely free of charge, in a welcoming and supportive environment.

This dedication to accessible, quality training is about more than building skills. It is about strengthening the foundations of our local community and the wider construction industry, creating pathways to employment, confidence and long term opportunity for individuals of all backgrounds.

Through GUTA ARC CIC, we are creating a model of community development that could transform construction training nationwide. Our focus on youth development, skills training, community projects, employment pathways and local improvement initiatives shows how local action can have a national impact.
