Arriving in the UK with determination and vision, Andrew transformed early challenges into stepping stones for success. Starting as a cleaner on construction sites, progressing to forklift operation and eventually mastering specialist equipment like the 360 excavators, he experienced first-hand how quality training changes lives.
This understanding didn't just build GUTA's foundation - it revolutionized how we think about construction training.
